Caption: The early morning low temperature of 27 degrees rarely experienced in Victoria created some interesting icy sculptures from flowing water fountains. The fountain at the Hiller House which was encased in ice which caught the eye of many people driving down Vine street, prompting them to get out and take snap shots.
