Ruthie May Greathouse talks at her home in Yoakum on Tuesday about receiving a new treatment that saved her life after she went into cardiac arrest in December. The treatment lowered her body temperature to 92 degrees Fahrenheit bringing her back after being dead for about 12 minutes. She said that she is grateful that she received the blessing to still be alive not only for herself but also for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. ANGELI WRIGHT/AWRIGHT@VICAD.COM
