Cuero Livestock Auction - Drought Increases Livestock Sales - Winston West, of Victoria, looks over livestock up for auction Friday morning. West was looking to possibly buy saying, "I think the grass is going to come back. We'll just have to wait and see." Managment at the Cuero Livestock Auction are recording a record year of sales due to the ongoing lack of rainfall throughout the area. Sales are in the neighborhood of 10,000 more than this time last year.
