Caption: A man was transported to DeTar Navarro hospital about 10:15 p.m. Sunday after his 2001 Chevrolet S10 truck collided with a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado on North Navarro Street.
Victoria Police Officer Jason Sager said Cody Carson, of Cuero, was in the southbound lane on Navarro Street, sitting at a traffic light near the Zac Lentz Parkway intersection, when his Silverado was struck by the red S10, driven by Wade Wedemeier, 43.
Wedemeier was complaining of chest pains, Sager said, and was ground transported with no other visible injuries.
No citations were issued at the scene.
