Many members of the Mount Nebo Baptist Church turned out to ride on a float and in a few cars in Saturday's Black History Month parade down North Street outside of the Victoria Community Center. Riders of the float are, from left: Kayliana McNary, 12, Mackalia Peoples, 12, Benjamin Hawkins, 11 months, Mordecai Hawkins, 7, and Camille Boone, 14. The parade route ran from Patti Welder Middle School to the Victoria Community Center.
